Three promises, in writing.
Most agencies hand you a finished site and an invoice, then disappear. We protect you at every step. Here's exactly what you can hold us to.
Approval before final payment
You only pay the second 50% once the site is live and delivers what we agreed in the build brief. If anything is missing or broken, we fix it before that payment is due. Design preferences (colours, wording, layout tweaks) are handled through your three revision rounds in Promise 02, not by withholding payment.
Three rounds of revisions, included
You get up to three rounds of revisions on us, where you can give feedback on the site and request any tweaks you'd like. After the third round, any further revisions are quoted individually as extras.
30-day fix-it window
Once the build is fully paid, you have 30 days where anything that breaks or any tweak you want is on us. No charge, no quibbling. We stand behind the build for the whole first month after final payment.
About the deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once we start work, but everything we've produced (mockups, design files, copy, code) is yours to keep, no matter what. If you decide to walk away mid-build, you take the work to date with you. Combined with Promise 01, this means you only ever pay for work you've actually approved.

Are the sample sites real clients?
No, and we want to be upfront about that. The three demos (Ridgeline Plumbing, Acacia & Oak, Kestrel Health) are concept builds we designed to show our style across different industries. They're not real businesses. We're a new agency and rather than fake testimonials or borrow other people's work, we'd rather show you what we can actually build, honestly. Yours will be designed from scratch around your business.
How do I know it'll be worth it?
Two questions in one. Will a website grow your business? Honestly, no one can guarantee growth. What we can promise is that you stop losing customers who searched for you and found nothing. Word of mouth doesn't end at the recommendation. It ends with a Google search. Will you like what we deliver? You see a real mockup with your business name and services on it before you pay anything. If it's not right, you walk away owing nothing.
When and how do I pay?
50% deposit to start the build, 50% on launch once you've signed off. Bank transfer or card. The monthly hosting starts from go-live.
Why a monthly fee?
Hosting, security updates, daily backups, SSL renewal, and a set window of content changes each month (up to 30 minutes on Pro, more on Signature). It's how the site stays fast, secure, and current. Think of it like the van: it costs to run, but a van that doesn't run doesn't earn.
Can I cancel the monthly?
Anytime. No lock-in contracts, no exit fees, no awkward phone calls. Tell us by email and we'll wind it down at the end of your current month. You keep the site files and the domain stays in your name.
How long does it take?
Live within a week of our first call. That covers all three packages. The only thing that pushes it longer is if you ask for a lot of revisions to the design, and even then, we'll keep you in the loop on timing the whole way.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain stays in your name. If you ever decide to leave, we hand over the site files. No hostage situations.
What if I already have a domain?
Even better. We point your existing domain at the new site. If you don't have one yet, we'll register it for you (about $20/year, billed at cost).
Are you a real business?
Yes. Geles Group is registered in Brisbane, Queensland. ABN 80 340 323 952. You'll get a written agreement before any work or payment starts.
